Primavera Planner scheduler and cost control„  EP Schedule development for Major Projects( TEC more than 90 Million- Engineering more than 100000 HRs )using Primavera P6 ,Develop and maintain Stage 2,FEED, Stage 4 and EPC Schedules ,Program and portfolio of schedules management, S-Curve ,CPI/SPI ,baseline schedule development and monitor control and update ,Schedule Risk assessment using PERT Master , Schedule monitoring and control and develop schedule reports , Variance analysis , CPM analysis, Develop report for schedule critical activity , slippage and mitigation action , Milestone report , weekly schedule report and 3 week look ahead , Schedule analysis with stakeholders and PM and external client , Power point and slide show presentation .

Run reports out of financial system and PM system as required also do analysis and communicate

„  Discuss with PM and client schedule and cost , Risk analysis and schedule –cost variance analysis and rolling wave planning for short term and long term forecast.

„  Tracking of baseline cost, P6 schedule and other deliverables with current or actuals and realign, change control, redefine of baseline, tracking of contractual aspect for all major procurement items, schedule, cost and change management. Tracking of procurement cost and generate EQM cost and forecast, detail variance analysis compare forecast and original baseline.

„  Monthly stewardship reports , Executive summary report, FTE Forecast , Late package explanation reports, Update Bench mark report , Project estimate and Forecast by producing bi weekly and monthly reports

„  Coordinate the integration of schedule and procurement plan and alignment of schedule with PO and site delivery and construction – commissioning activities

„  Develop KPIs for Project deliverables and measure progress against it.
