Duties included preparing an EPC Level 6 schedule of works on PSN6 Project Management software which is similar to Primavera; preparing schedule of demolition works of the old Sursock Castle after dismantling all luxurious accessories; scheduling works for deep excavation on various aggregate site in a busy high-traffic area, then nailing and piling walls; conducting site progress and coordination meetings with subcontractors and construction team to coordinate work sequence with the overall project plan, and assuming follow-up of the consented upon schedule; ensuring that works are completed as scheduled by identifying the trends for management attention and by taking early prevention measures; identifying the Employer’s schedule deliverables (specially the long lead items) and ensuring their timely release.
