Key accountabilities for this role were: Project Control, Bid Management, WBS Maintenance/Creation, Schedule Development, and Resource Management across the Business Directorate, and Monthly project reporting utilising Earned Value.

I worked within the Turkish project team, working towards the delivery of mine hunting sonar equipment for the Turkish Navy. This involved controlling budgets, progress and risk on the Turkey contract to supply Mine detection capability to the Turkish government. This role was very challenging and pressurised and demanded a proactive approach in order to meet contractual obligations and achieve milestones on time and to budget.
