Personal Overview:

Background:  I am a planning consultant with extensive expertise in planning multifaceted projects using Primavera P6, P3e(ver 5,6 & 7), ASTA Power Project (Advanced) and MSP.  My extensive experience levels are in Civil Construction, Aviation, Mining, and Oil & Gas, IT, Electrical /Electronic Engineering, Signalling, Power Stations, Pway & OLE projects.  I have worked in both client and contractor environments, as well as on site and in the design process. I am familiar with NEC3 Option A,C, MF1 and Professional Services Contracts. I relish and thrive in challenging environments and cope well under pressure.  I am currently a Planning Manager at Telent in Warwick working on the RETB Scotland (Radio Electronic Token Block) Projects. My responsibilities include: Earned Value Analysis, Programme Quality Management, Cost & Resource - cost loading management, Project and Change control management.

Character:  A hands on approach to planning. I lead through example, as well as being Proactive, Personable and driven, I am a team player. My philosophy is “Do it right, first time”. I believe regular site visits & familiarisation is an imperative part to providing knowledgeable & accurately realistic programme schedules.

Analytical and detailed, I have a great instinct for providing solutions. There is generally very little that does not interest me, l am a dedicated and hardworking individual with a friendly and outgoing personality. I am always open to changes and always willing to learn and update my knowledge. I enjoy working as part of a team with people of diverse culture, likewise using my own initiative whilst working alone and l am quite adaptable and flexible in my approach. Being Proactive combined with High Health & Safety focus is a big part of my nature.
