I'm a Capital Estimator in the midstream Chemical industry in the USA.  I've been in this position and learning the industry since 2012.  Previous to that I have several years in General and Mechanical contracting, in positions ranging from Administrator to Project Engineer.  My favorite career time was spent in the Maintenance Dept as a Mechanical and Fire Protection Planner in a semi-conductor facility.

I've experience with SAP in maintenance, materials and accounting modules.  I use ASPEN Tech CCE and RIB-ICE estimating software regularly.  I've spent 10+ years using AutoCAD software and a year in REVIT.  Microsoft Office and O365 is the software of choice where I work, along with Teams and SharePoint.

Process and efficiency improvements is something I focus on at work, as there is always something to improve upon. Due to my time as a planner, I am proficient in writing processes and instructional training.  Training is something that I have done in many of my roles and I enjoy being able to help others.  I am a lifelong learner myself, trying to stretch and improve myself on a personal and professional level.

I like to spend time outside of work working with organizations focused on the betterment of Construction and Engineering industries through professional training and partnering with the local school systems to educate the next generation about these industries.  These opportunities to mentor others and show them that they can have a great career here is very rewarding.
