I am an experienced hand’s on Project Professional with over twenty-six years of experience in Oil Gas & Chemical, Pipeline, Infrastructure and Telecommunications Industries.

I have experience with both Home Office and Field Assignments on both US and International projects.  This also includes reporting projects in multiple-currencies for stakeholder use.

My project organization experience includes all types of reporting organizations from EPC mega projects through PMT / PMO projects worldwide and have helped these various organizations achieve there full potential.  The contract types for these projects varied from Lump Sum through to Time & Material Contracts on both the owners and contractor side.

I have been responsible for the generation of Proposal schedules through Level 4 schedules and the review of Network Activity Diagrams and how the application of constraints will affect the schedules.  I have experience in using the “reflections” function in Primavera.

I have exceptional skills in Critical Path Planning and Risk Review on proposed schedules.

I have had the privilege of managing diverse staff from just a few staff members up to fifty talented professionals and am well aware of the human relationships that exist on a Large Project Team.

I have excellent presentation skills and am comfortable chairing large meetings with a diverse group in people and guiding them to accomplish the meeting goal.
