Responsibilities:

(7/2014 - Present) Planning coordination of shutdowns for maintenance. Schedules elaboration, integration and management using Primavera P6.

 

(5/2013 to 7/2014) Planning and control coordination of a multi-disciplinary construction and assembly contract (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil). Physical and financial schedules, resource levelling, risk analysis, budget and forecasting and also contract negotiations.

 

(3/2008 to 11/2008 and 9/2009 to 5/2013) Working in the PMO (project management office) was responsible for planning and control of large (budget over US$ 10 MM) medium (below US$ 10 MM) and small projects. Physical and financial control of the project since the initiation until the closing phase.

 

Accomplishments:

Planning coordination of 4 events in parallel (U-980, U-283, U-241 e U-683A), with a total budget of about US$ 20 MM and 80K MHR. It was executed in 31.5 days, despite it had an approved deadline of 33 days.

 

 

Created a methodology of shutdown planning, which was tested during the events of two large units in 2015 (128K MHR) and that was implanted in other refineries of the company.

 

 

Physical and financial planning management of more than 80 services orders per month, with a monthly revenue of US$ 1.5 MM.

 

Financial Planning and Control -Upstream, Luanda - Angola

11/2008 to8/2009

 

Responsibilities:

Acting in a consulting contract for Accenture at Petrobras International, was in charge of consolidation of oil exploitation activities budget, analysis of economic scenarios, estimation of revenues and expenditures, financial reports and preparing and participation in joint ventures contractual meetings.

 

Accomplishments:

Planning a budget of around US$ 300 MM. Was granted with the “TOP” evaluation from Accenture for this work, which one is given only for 5% of the employees in the world.

 

Supply Chain -Refinery of Paulínia, SP - Brazil

1/2005 to 3/2007

 

Responsibilities:

Elaboration and improvement of work instructions and procedures. Indicators development and monitoring aiming three different focuses: supplier market, processes and internal clients.

 

Accomplishments:

Created a system to manage the acquisitions for projects, which was considered the best work in the management category of the refinery in 2007 and it was implemented in all other refineries in Brazil.
