For 10+ years Rogério has practiced and developed himself in Project Controls, in the Project Management environment for Construction Projects, experiencing planning and execution phases. As a Planning and Scheduling practioner, his experiences allow him able to act in: Project Scope and Execution Strategy Development, Schedule Planning and Development, Progress and Performance Measurement, Project Performance Assessment, Forecasting, Change Management and Project Historical Database Management.

He is especially skilled at developing and communicating resource loaded schedules, developed by the Critical Path Method (CPM).

Rogério is Bachelor in Civil Engineering, has MBA in Project Management, is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE).

Expert in the main Planning and Scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Synchro 4D and MS Project).
