Hands on experience as manager of Distribution centers, ended as project manager new logistics strategy and got involved in managing the subsequent change program (new software systems, reduction in fysical centers, changes in behaviours of purchasers and sales staff, decision support approaches)

Moved to logistics consultancy at KPMG. consultant and manager of international projects regarding logistics strategy and change implementation. 1989-1992

Moved to other international consultancy (PA Consulting Group), became partner in 1995. Manager of large scale business transformation projects in Telecoms, Engineering, High Tech and Public Sector domain. e.g. Global program manager of Royal Philips Y2K project (1997-2000) parallel with managing national Dutch Y2K monitoring project. 1992-2001

Moved to national consultancy firm (BA Groep). Focus on managing large scale high (political) risk projects in the public domain (allocation of commercial radiofrequenties, chambers of commerce evaluation/change, asesssing and changing the policy.financing structure of the large institutes of applied technologies, etc.). Focus shift to innovation management. 2001-2008

From own consulting company operated as director/manager of high tech innovation projects especially in the medical domain. Leading international consortia of knowledge institutes and R&D and Market focused companies.
