Roles & Responsibilities:-

 Implementation of Lean Construction.

• Preparing standard Completion Schedule of the Project and Milestones using PRIMAVERA & MICROSOFT PROJECT software.
• Implementation of Lean Construction Principles in order to reduce the overall Fabrication Cost.
• Preparing & Monitoring of Daily Production Plan of Individual stations.
• Preparing & Maintaining Daily and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Correspondence with Clients, Contractors, Designers and consultants.
• Station wise Manpower Planning and their effective allocation.
• Raw Material planning & estimation as per the Bill of Quantity.
• Consumables Indent and evaluation of per segment consumption.
• Arranging the review meeting and discussing the progress.
• Work Station wise performance review (Performance progress).
• Conversant with BS & IS Codes.
