I am a graduate from Indian Institute ofTechnology,Kanpur in Mechanical Engineering Discipline.I got a Job offer from NTPC Ltd., a PSU India's Largest Power generating organization and have been involved in the Construction Projects of the company since May'2009.

I have major experience in Erection of mechanical components with  some exposure to commissioning of power project.I am now working as planning manager for one year as of now.I am invoved in the Planning,Budget utilization planning and scheduling of the project as well as monitoring of the progress of the projects works. I am also responsible for managinf the interface issues between various contracting agencies working at site. I have aslo been partly involved with the Land acquisition process and Resettlement and Rehabilitation of Project affected Persons and overviwing of the same with the respective departments.
