15+ years experience in Planning/Scheduling, Cost and Project Controls within the Oil & Gas Industry, encompassing the following areas:

Development of policies/procedures and work practices for Planning and Scheduling Projects.
Development of project management plans for planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects, budgeting and forecasting, tracking and measuring of physical and financial performance (“S” curves, percent complete, weighted milestones, earned value management-EVMS) , variance analysis, economic evaluations, project planning & scheduling with Primavera P3/P5/P6, MS Project. Responsible for monitoring business performance (Balanced Scored Card) and advise Management on project status and corrective actions/recovery plans/mitigation strategies.
