Schedule Analyser supporting Claim Management:

• Prepare delay analysis, schedule impacts due to unexceptional/force majeure events, variation orders to support Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Demonstrated delay analysis techniques like TIA, ABBF & Window Analysis.

Project Planning/Scheduling:

• Generate WBS, activity coding, activity sequencing based on various disciplines, scope area and phases of the project life cycle for making EPC project schedule (L2, L3 level) using primavera P6 project management tool.
• Estimate procurement plan (Procurement registry & delivery plan), manpower estimation and mobilisation plan based on EPC schedule.
• Generate L3/L4 level schedule during execution phase (using Primavera P6 or MSP2010) by integrating detail schedules from vendors/ contractors.
• Monitoring and control project schedule, schedule analysis, S-curve, variance report, critical path, look ahead schedule & mitigation plans for delayed activities.
• Distribute daily schedules to departments, programs, activity plans.
• Prepare weekly, monthly progress reports/presentations to the management, Project owner, Client and Lenders.
• Maintain milestone records, lessons learned for implementing on future project schedules.

Project Management:

• Preparation of project initiation plan and setting of coordination procedures.
• Preparation of early work plan during project initiation phase.
• Preparation of tenders, bidding, bid evaluations for site enabling packages.

Project Development:

• Project scope documentation, study of fuel supply and logistics.
• Evaluate feasibility reports to shortlist the most feasible & economical option for Gas Pipeline, Coal logistics and Barge operation.

Project Engineering:

• Participate design review; Review and monitor engineering progress.
• Expedite engineering deliverables to meet site requirements.
• Prepare RFQ’s and technical bid evaluation report.
