Recruitment Advisor - Selection

Interim Recruitment Advisor looking after permanent and fixed term contracts in the Northern Region. Business areas include Oil and Gas, Water and Environement, Defence, Aerospace and Communications.

Recruitment Coordinator

Supporting 2 Recruitment Advisors and 1 Recruitment Manager for permanent and fixed term employees within the Northern region.

Responsibilities
-Liaising & building relationships with PSL recruitment agencies for additional support
- Coordination of training events
- Conducting candidate telephone briefing and pre-screening
- Administering online and paper psychometric tests
- Telephone screening candidates
- Support at assessment centres
- Arranging interviews and completing new starter paperwork

Recruitment Investment Group - Resourcer

Supporting 1 recruitment consultant with the appointment of temporary social workers in the North East and Scotland.

Responsibilities
- Acknowledgement of candidates CV’s, initially checking their experience, salary level and uploading them on to the database
- Matching candidates to live vacancies and carrying out initial telephone screen
- Organising interviews with for candidates, adding interview notes to candidates files
- Preparation of accurate candidates CV’s to be sent to clients
- Preparing job adverts for online advertising
- Database housekeeping- keeping in contact with candidates
- Candidate visits

AndersElite   Resourcer/Team Organiser

Resourcer

Supporting recruitment consultants with the appointment of both permanent and temporary costruction staff within the Yorkshire region. Vacancies ranged from plumbers, labourers, site managers through to contract/programme managers and directors
