Peter is an experienced project professional with high level of planning, cost and risk management skills. He has the ability to develop fully cost and resource loaded project plans for any size of project from first principles. He can produce clear reports on project progress, cost and risk using Primavera P3.1, P3e, P5 or P6, Pertmaster, Monte-Carlo, MS Project, Artemis, Access, Excel or Word. This ability has been well proven on many projects over the last 38 years.
He has over 20 years experience working on construction sites with both main and sub-contractors. This experience is reinforced by 8 years working with design consultants and a further 6 years working for client based organisations such as Network Rail in the management of projects ranging from £200k to £400 million.
