Principal Duties:
     Handling of Individual projects which required leading a project team, monitoring expertise in assembly, testing and commissioning;
     Project Procurement & Planning;
     Billing and office procedures according to ISO;
     Implemented engineering level changes by coordinating with erection and commissioning team;
     Provided regular customer support by regular organized meetings with the clients regarding the progress of the projects;
     Overhauling of 5 and 12 MW thermal power plants at TNPL, Tamil Nadu, India, completed at a record time of 12 days instead of 25 days for each project.
     Overhauling of three units of 50 MW Thermal Power plant in N.L.C., with minimum required man power and prepared & adapted a new scheduling method for the project which is still in implementation.
