Correspondences Follow-Up and assitance to Technical Office.

Attending progress related meetings with Subcontractors/Employers/ Employees and Project Management.

Providing Level3 integrated schedule complete with Engineering, Procurement and Delivery, Construction and Tests & Commissioning.

Experience in Claim Management.

Detailled Performance monitoring tables for dedicated subcontractors/ activities.

Experience in EPC contracts, EPC type Power Plant Projects and Pipelines.
