Twelve (12) years progressive and consolidated working experienced in industries of power generation, water desalination, petro-chemical, oil and gas (downstream sector),building, hotel and food industries performing various task such design engineering, project planning & scheduling, cost estimation & control, budget & bid preparation, and construction / maintenance management & supervision works.
Competent in performing instrument and control engineering and field technical task to ensures that process & building I&C systems operate effectively, efficiently and safely such as;
• Preparation, review and interpretation of I&C design drawings and documents such as flow diagrams, instrument loop schematics, instrument-cable-conduit-tubing schedule, logic diagrams and control schematics, instrument, JB & panel layouts, hook up, wiring & termination diagrams, data sheets and instruments & valves setting list.
• Supervision, installation, termination, configuration, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of DCS, SCADA, PLC, ESD, HMI’s, RTU, Building Management System & HVAC I&C, Burner Management System, plant protection system such as fire & gas detection and alarm system (FGDAS), vibration monitoring system (VMS) and fault monitoring system (FMS), Industrial Security Systems (IDAS, VASS, ACS, IDMS), including plant data & voice communication systems.
• Supervising and inspection of calibration, installation, maintenance and testing of field instruments & valves such RTD, thermocouples, pressure indicator & transmitter, flow indicator & transmitter, differential pressure indicator & transmitter, capacitance/ultrasonic/radar level transmitter & indicator, temperature indicator & transmitter, SOV, pneumatic & hydraulic CV, MOV and process analyzers.
• Liaising with other trades in order to attain quality, safety and progress goals of project and for interfacing of required work scope.
• Reviewing, inspection and monitoring activities according to hazardous classification for the instrument installation, grounding, cabling, protection including piping and tubing works of liquid and gas process.
• Adapting international codes and standards of electronics, communication, instrumentation and control systems such as API, ISA, EIA/TIA, IEEE, NFPA, BICSI, UL, ANSI, IEC, BS and NEMA in applicable scope of project implementation.
