He has worked at two Fortune 500 companies, OMV (Asia, Middle East, and Vienna) and SABIC (Middle East, Germany and Denmark). At SABIC, Yasir worked in PMO and was responsible for risk and project control. Moreover, while staying Germany he worked with EPC contractor to identify and mitigate the Risk for a petrochemical plant project in the UK.   Yasir also specializes in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis. He has also performed schedule and cost-risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation; developed risk management applications in Excel using VBA; and performed portfolio planning analysis and management using MS Project Server and MS SharePoint Server.
