H. Bhatti Ensure the implementation of the Planning, Cost Control and Progress Control System; in particular:
Set-up type/ levels of schedules and the Progress Measurement System considering Project complexity, areas of risks, duration, in compliance with the Project Breakdown Structure, the company standards and the Contract specifications.
Interface with the Tender Department and/or Project/Construction Managers to build up activities, assign milestones and constraints by issuing CPM/Pert time-scaled logic network using company standards and/or Contract specification. Liaise, consult and coordinate with Tender department & Project/Construction Managers to incorporate relevant information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule. Prepare budget histograms, tables, curves, resources logs (Manpower, Materials, and Equipment) as reference baselines for the control during the various project execution phases. Ensures that the projects planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to those functionally responsible for executing the work. Establish and monitor Cost Control system in accordance with the company standards. Ensure the implementation of the Planning & Scheduling Procedure and the Progress Measurement Procedures and Cost Control Procedures by the Site Project Control Department.
Ensure that the Planning Progress and Cost Control System works effectively; progress & cost status and completion forecast are soundly assessed and reported by the Site Project Control Department to the Client and the Regional Projects Control Department.
Supports the Sites during the contract changes/claims process providing the time impact analysis
Coordinate with the Site Project Control Department the preparation of the Internal Reporting, Project close-out Report and the schedule and productivity feed-back data to Regional Projects Control Department
