Over 30 years experience in the construction industry involving quality control, planning & project control, supervision & management of construction operations both in civil, structural and electro-mechanical works and with more than 17 years gained in project controls, involving cost / planning and scheduling of medium and large-scale projects. A sound understanding of the construction industry’s business practices especially in project controls, delay mitigation, delay and disruption protocol on both the engineer/project manager and contractor’s perspective.

Experienced team player, with an excellent degree of success in planning, managing and developing project programs to completion, which include civil and structural works, ABWF and E&M works, T&C and statutory requirements. Solid experience gained with leading international engineering/project management companies and construction companies covering a wide range of projects. Worked in the Philippines for about 5-year in quality control and field construction supervisory works. Assigned to Kuwait for about 5-year for the modernization of Mina Al Abdulla and Mina Al Ahmadi Refineries, and worked in Hong Kong since 1990 and at present assigned to Macau for the Venetian Macau projects. Proficient in computer applications and the use of project management tools (Primavera P3 System, SureTract Project Manager, AMS Realtime Projets and Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Power Point).
