Michelle has over twenty five years of experience in construction and is a planner by training. Her site planning experience includes large civil engineering roads, complex rail, commercial fit-outs and high-rise tower block projects. She joined Pickavance Consulting in Hong Kong in 2001, later becoming a Director of the firm which was subsequently acquired by Hill International in 2006. Michelle has worked on projects in the UK, Europe, Middle East, South America, and Asia where she has applied various critical path methods of analyses to identify the frequency, extent and causes of critical delay to a variety of construction projects. She is able to draw on her strong planning back ground to assist and advise clients in matters of delay to engineering and construction projects, and is also able to provide advice on the preparation of master programmes, associated updates and reviews, the management of time risks and extension of time assessments. Michelle has experience as a party appointed delay expert and has given oral evidence to an arbitral tribunal in Hong Kong
