Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

My previous blog article “How to Determine the Expected Value of Those Crucial Enabler Projects!” generated quite a lot of interest and discussion in some LinkedIn Discussion groups. I joined in those discussions, but felt that some of it was important for those who don’t happen to be members of those groups. (I wish the discussion had taken place in the Discussion FORUM on the blog site.)

I’ve therefore published a new blog article that expands on my comments in those discussions. If you find the topic of the multiplied value and opportunity of enabler projects within a program interesting, you’ll find the new article “Enabler Projects: Exploring More about Their Value and Opportunities” here.

Fraternally in project management,
