Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I just posted a new article “Ten Consequences of NOT Regarding Projects as Investment!” on my blog. You can find it here.

My previous article, titled “The Benefits of Recognizing Projects as Investments”, was about the advantages that such an approach would generate. This article explores some of the major consequences of ignoring this essential nature of all projects. And guess what? Since we don’t approach projects as investments, many of the consequences listed are precisely the dysfunctional symptoms we see every day.

After each “consequence” is a poll question. I’d appreciate your letting me know, one by one, if you’ve run into any of these situations.

Fraternally in project management,
