(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
I was just directed to this wikipedia link regarding process deliverables by Intuit.

Its a nice list but it does not align with my understanding of the process steps. If there are any process types (Oil and Gas) with a couple of minutes on your hands, I would appreciate you taking a look. I think its a useful post if properly presented.
If you think it worthwhile, we might collaborate in developing a more accurate listing. Let me know, one way or the other.
