Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear MD,

Most recommendation here would be to build you own Program of Works. This can be done by reading the specification, drawings, and BOQs.

The activities, sequence, resources, and duration, can be determined with the construction crews at site.

But in general, you will have the followign divisions:
I. Roads
a. Excavation and Fill
b. Subbase
c. Basecourse
d. Asphates
II. Structures; buildings, bridges, culverts.
a. Substructures
b. Superstructures
III. Electrical
IV. Mechanical
V. Signage

If you have a more detailed question, please let us know.

With kind regards,

Samer
