Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Automation of Project Management Methodology is what many organizations are trying to implement and in the process use Microsoft or Primavera products. Please comment.

How much automation you would like to achieve.

For example

From the concept stage of the project to the end of the project.

Number system you want to automate
Financial, Procurement, Labor Hire, Billing, Project System, Drawing System, Document Control System.

Size of your company/projects
Lots of major project or Lots of small projects or combination of both

Existing Maturality of the IT System.

Hope that can give you some idea and direction to start with
