Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Fellow Planners,

I am trying to put together a check list of items to watch out during construction and pre-construction risk mitigation. Does anybody know if there are existing materials about the subject?

Would appreciate your response.

Thanks,
Daniel

Daniel,

Don’t know whether this will be any use to you, but User Group market a manual on the Management of Risk which includes risk mitigation strategies.

You should be able to get to it from the link below.

Try the APM’s Risk SIG or the Institute of Risk Management - you can download guides and checklists from there. Although they may be too general for your needs (HK Construction risks). Perhaps the APM HK may be able to help.
