Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

You have to run it on Windows on a Macbook. You can use VMWare Fusion, VirtualBox or Parallels to create a Windows virtual machine running on OSX. Or you can use Boot Camp and partition your hard drive with a Windows partition and run it nativley in there. It runs great and can connect to the EPPM DB if you want.

Hi,

I Tried installing a P7 Program on my Macbook air.. It was never installed. all i did was clicked on the exe file on the extracted folder. Only a notepad with a bunch of unreadable scripts in it surfaced. No actual installation happened. I dont know if i did something wrong, if i do please point out.

I dont know if maybe we can use parallels with P6, Putting up a combination of (Mac Pro+Parallel+Windos OS+Productivity softwares) may be impractical & expensive, that why i'm thinking to buy a windows based laptop instead of a New Macbook Pro for my second laptop.

Regards,
