Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Tandyo,

You can also use the report wizzard to set up the fields over the time distribution you need and then output the report to a csv file.

Arend.

Hi,

You can try exporting data to an excel sheet, using the export function. You can design the template and set the data you want to export based on filters and columns

Hi Tandyo,

I am using P6 and it works well by selecting, copy and paste. In the excel, I can see the loads in time intervals.

Thanks Raymund,

I already did, however it works only for resource description shown in the screen shot at upper left while it doesn't work for the resource assignment shown in upper right (resource assignment for every month/day)

Tandyo
