Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

S Curves in Primavera

Hello,

We are in the process of Implimenting S Curves into our projects using Primavera. We have decided to do it by assigning non labour resources to activities entering Budgets and actual to this.

This is a question for anyone who uses this method. How do I change the budget or track changes in the budget so as to reflect this in the S Curve? Do i just change the numbers in the budget column at the activities level and track it in the WBS or is there any other way to do it?
