shaik,
Project Forecast date = Current Project start date or remaining date column.
BL is a separate data so if your BL = 18 day then you can change you current Project to 10 days. Run a resource usage spreadsheet. If you need to compare the two on the resource spreadsheet, restore the BL and open together with current project and run a resource usage spreadsheet.
See sample below:

Mr. Rodel,
I have BL(Baseline),i assigned and maintained BL and updating the same, now my idea is to add forecast dates and duration with forecast mandays.
In BL i have BL start, BL finish, BL Duration and Budgeted Mandays.in BL i have planned mandays for one activity 300 and the duration is 18 days. but in forecast i want to set the forecast duration 10 days. for this 10 days how much manpower required this i want show in forecast mandays column.how to add these columns in p6 window.

Regards

shaik,
Are we talking about resource and not baseline? In baseline you cannot modify dates. Current Program start and finish is the current forecast date. Can you clarify?
For resource mandays use resource usage spreadsheet. See sample below:
Resource Spread

Mr.Rodel,
This is for the BL Project start & BL Project finish, i need to add columns for forecast start and forecast finish which i can modify the dates and the same time i need to see the forecast mandays after changing the dates.. because mandays calculating with duration of total manpower given.

Shaik,
It depends where you assigned baseline. Project Baseline or Users Primary Baseline.
If Project Baseline:
BL Project Start & BL Project Finish date
BL Project Duration ...etc..
If Users Primary then BL1... if secondary BL2...etc...
