Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Guys,

Just like to know if, Is it possible to generate a S-Curve in a schedule that do have any resources?

Ruel,

you can’t produce the S-curve or histogram without any resources assigned to the project activities. As you can see by following the steps given below, you are ask to check either you will show the s-curve/histogram based on units/cost of nonlabor. materials and labor assignments. Therefore it must be primarily comes from your resources assigned.

U can generate S-Curve in P6. Just follow these steps:-

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
> Go to View > Show on Bottom > Resource Usage Profile

> Select any one resource what u defined & u wanted to show in as a S-Curve

> Right Click on the open Space Area of Histogram.

>mark the Cumulative Box for Budgeted & Actual depending on your requirments.
