Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Float Time in P6 (Programme Converted from P3)

I am a P3 user and I am now just a beginner in using P6. My problem I encounter is that when I convert a P3 programme to P6 and schedule it, the float time in most of the activities were changed significantly compared with those opened by using P3. My calendar is in 6 work-day (10 hour /day)in which both Sunday and public holiday are excluded.

I have changed nothing but just used the wizard in P6 to convert a P3 programme. What is going wrong ? What I need to pay my attention when I convert a programe from P3 to P6?
