Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear all
I’m currently in a company where we have a stand-alone version installed on each computer. I’m moving to another company where they use server/client installation.
Which means, if I’m right, that now I can use time sheets, which also means that i need to know more about roles, responsibilities, user profiles and time sheets.
Can anybody recommend good reading material or tutorials?

Khuong Do, there are two companies that offer timesheet integration listed in the Utilities and Add-ons section of the Oracle Primavera Partners listing.

Timesheets (previously "Level 1" of P6) is no longer sold on its own. Since the configurations changed following the purchase of Primavera by Oracle, if you want the Primavera Timesheet application you will need to purchase Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management. This also includes the Primavera Windows Client programs and the full Primavera Web functionality. A lower-cost alternative would be a third-party product that integrates with Primavera. There are at least two such options..

Hi.
After install Timesheet in server, user can login and go to Help menu to learn the function. Very easy.
