Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

On Page 124 of the operator’s manual there is a paragraph

"you can view the entire WBS at once, or you can display only the WBS for a specific note or project".

I can ONLY display the WBS of openned project, Is there any setting to resolve this issue?

For managing Projects ,there is an EPS .For managing Project, there is a WBS.
Why do you want to see WBS for full EPS?

another work around is to create a specific project within EPS structure containing the entire wbs.

You can only vew the WBS for projects that are open and there are no settings to get around this.
