Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dearest All,

I just like to ask if among you know about proper resouce loading in the (tools--> tabular report--->resource loading).

Can somebody help me solving this!I am copying the information from there to Excel to create S-curve. But, I’ve got a problem adding the distribution of Qty; it doesn’t match in the total Budget Qty? How can this happen?

Hello Rio,

Let me guess on this one... Probably,.. you have to check the settings of your resource loading report.

Highlight your particular resource loading report on the menu bar,..click MODIFY.. go to FORMAT.. and check the DIVIDE BY box below.

In order to yield the same quatity with the bugdet when this is set to run, the divide box should be set to "1".

Otherwise, for example,.. if that box was set to "2", then this will give you half of the BQ.
