Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Ashraf,

The logic what pranab what to say seems to be like this,

P3 creates 23 files with every project created. These files are for relationships, resources, WBS, Log, Activity ID and others.

Suppose you are working on a project named "ABCD" with all resource loaded into the roject. Now, if you want to remove all the resources, just create a BLANK project. Say, name it as "BLNK".

With this program, a file will be created "BLNKRES.P3". Just copy this file and paste in the "ABCD" program folder and rename it as ABCDRES.P3

(Note: Plz delete earlier file ABCDRES.P3)

This should solve the problem, I hope.

Cheers,

Raviraj A Bhedase

Hello Dear,
Open a New Project withe same name as your project in a different location.
Go to the folder containing the files of P3 , copy ????RES from the folder and paste in your current P3 program folder.
Make a back up of all programs.
