Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

HI ALL!!!

When I run a resource loading report RL-02 in CSV format, and open to view on screen. the dates 01 through 09 come in a different format in excel. Has anyone else seen this Problem? If so, can I fix it!

Hi Michael,

Check your Regional and Language Option settings. P3 export d/mm/yy format and MS Excel follow Regional and Language Option Settings.

Also CSV is a comma delimited text file and date is converted by Excel if readable as date but if started as a space then it will read by Excel as text. Try to highlight all the date fields on your Excel and press Ctrl+H or Select Edit-> Replace on Excel menu. Enter a space (press space bar) on “Find what:“ and click “Replace All”. That should remove all the space on the dates and Excel will automatically read it as a date.

Regards,
Rodel
