Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can you please help me in how to find the average manpower in P3 for the whole project, if I have different resources?

Hi Ijaz

to do that you can use the resource layout, in the display options you select hrs only resouces
then divid it by 8 or what every no of hr per day.
Then in the time scale select you want your average by months or day or week or year.

then in the histogram it will display your average manpower
