Conversion of PRX file to MPX file

Hi,
I have an PRX file and need to convert it into MPX file and open it in MS PRoject. However, I do not have Primavera (p3) programme or do I need P3 programme for such a conversion. Is there a way to do this without having Primavera programme?

To restore a P3 *.prx file one does not need P3, you just need to change the extension to *.exe in explorer and double click on it and it will self extract.

Hi Alex,

I interpreted the question wrongly, sorry for that. It is not possible to convert PRX file to MPX without restoring it first in P3.

you don’t need to have P3, you can look for PRMCONV.exe file of 1.9mb size. that is sufficient to convert your PRX file to compatible with MSP.
