Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Good day to all

I just started to use P3. Previously use MSP98/2K. How do I view Resource Loading in P3.

In MSP, I use : VIEW|REPORTS|WORKLOADS|RESOURCE USAGE (Crosstab : Resources - Peak unit).

I tried in P3 by using : TOOLS|RESOURCES|LOADING|RESOURCES LOADING - BY DAY

Result : I get different result. Does not show same as MSP. My project plan in hours.

By looking at Resource Profile in P3, it show same result as MSP. How do I extract this info into MS Excel e.t.c..

Hello Redzuan

You are at the right track for checking/exporting the resource loading however check the Tabs (Resource selection, Format, Selection, Timescale) coz you’re using a template by P3 so the resource selection should equal that of your resources plus the timescale.
