Hi All,

I’ve been using Suretrak 3.0b for quite some time but limited only to very basic scheduling wihtout touching its "Resource" functions until recently. During exploring the Resource Profile features, I have this weird problem with printing and "save as web page" functions for Earned Value Curve. When I’ve got the Earned Value, Quantity, Budget, BCWS and Performance curves displayed on the Resource Profile screen by selecting under “Format Resource Profile/Table” dialog box, the same curves have no problems to be displayed again under Print Preview, Save as Web Page and physical report EXCEPT FOR the Earned Value Curve. For example, when Performance is selected, three curves are visible in the Resource Profile screen i.e. BCWS, Earned Value and Costs; but when Print Preview icon is clicked, only the Earned Value Curve disappears. Same applies to “Save as Web Page” output. However, when I try to push the Data Date further to the End Date and update the progress, sometimes the Earned Value curve will show up under Print Preview; but when I drag the Data Date back again, the Earned Value curve will disappear under Print Preview though still visible under the Resource Profile screen. Anyhow, it does not always work in that way; most of the time the EV curve just won’t appear to generate report.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thousands Thanks
