Hi,

is there a way to export a P3 schedule to excel without losing the grouping structure?

Thanks!

What you need to do is just sort your activities then add a group title.

if you have too many to add, try excel’s outline worksheet function.( I’m using excel 2002,it has the ability to group rows/columns)

Then why don’t you give report in pdf format instead of Excel.

I’m familiar with sorting by act codes in xls.

The problem comes when you communicate with somebody who doesn’t know well the act code structure and doesn’t have P3 either. In such case it would be good to have an excel export with the grouping...
