Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi, everyone

I am managing a project for a client.I have claimed EOT, for the weather delays and the Principal Agent( PA) has asked me to support my claims with the critical path analysis (CPA)using MS Project ,Please Help

why would not include that with the original EOT submittal how can you possibly submit a claim without it.

he wants to see what the critical path was during tha adverse weather. If it was interior work then there would be no impact due to adverse weather. 

The critical should be expalined in the EOT and should state specifically which weather sensititve were impacted.
