Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Is there a way to add one step to each activity quickly through global change.....or....do I physically have to go to each activity and add one step?

Hi Joel,

You cannot add activity steps using global change. If some of your activities has the same step name then, select all these activities & assign activity steps using the "Steps" Command Bar Button located at the right corner of your screen. But first, create the Activity Step Templates.

Or you can copy the steps in one activity and paste it to other activity.
