Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Deleting activity codes from P5/P6

We are a group of planners working on many projects. We use activity codes, and by time we have created many activity codes. Some of them haven’t been used at all. And now we want to delete the unused activity codes. Any suggestion of how to filter the activity codes that aren’t used in any project and then delete them?

Dear Khaled,

You can export schedule activities with its related codes to excel,then make a unique list of these codes in use.

Now you have the used codes,go to the codes dictionary and delete the unused codes.
