Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Global WBS or Project Specific WBS

In Primavera 6.1 is it better to use a Global WBS or a Project Specific WBS?

I am scheduling about 100 projects with monthly updates.

Depends on your needs for reporting.
Internal projects, stakeholders need reports on all projects: Global wbs to e.g. level 2 or 3, more in detail, upon pm’s decision.
Independent projects with different stakeholders: Easier for you with a standard wbs (templates!). May depend on the projects’ stakeholders.
