Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

start from scratch

In M&E services,

1) you start by looking at the drawings,
2) then go through the scope of works, then you start looking at the Main Contractor’s programme,
3) then discuss with the project manager and
4) you start drafting a (design, procurement, drawings production, construction, commissioning) programme.
6) You then take it back to your project manager, go through it and implement their comments.

Simple! ;)

by logical thinking and making logical relationships.

Please take a look at the contract,
first understand the project completely, to know the project duration, contract value, contractual obligationsn mile stones, to know the technical specification, and last but not the least major quantities.

Once u get the idea abt the project, break the project sectorwise n in diff subsectors. split the activities in to sub activities and corealte with respect to thr duration.
First prepare the work plan then start with the program.

Cheers,
Abhi
