Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello everyone,

Has anyone taken the CIOB time management assessment exam? I am curious to know the format of the exam and the difficulty.

Example questions would be very helpful.

Thanks,

Vas

CIOB's time managment assessment is a multi-choice examination with a pass mark of 70%.  For more see: http://www.mosaicprojects.com.au/Training-CIOB-TM_Credential.html#Framework

Hi Vasilios

I applied some months ago and have not yet had a reply.

You apply for a particular level that matches your current status and as far as I understand the requirements are some endorsements from employers plus a Skype interview - no formal exam.

it is essential that you read the CIOB book Guide to Good Practice in the Time Control of Complex Projects as the questions will be based on that.

The CIOB definition of a complex project is anything above a garden shed with two doors.

Best regards
